VISION STATEMENT

At Tirado Community Outreach, our vision is to foster a united, thriving community where individuals are empowered to live with purpose, love, and laughter. Through meaningful events and initiatives, we aim to inspire positive change, celebrate togetherness, and provide resources that help individuals and families in the Hampton Roads area achieve their fullest potential. Our goal is to create inspiring events that offer entertainment, a safe and comfortable space to party, and an environment where grown and mature individuals can craft an epic vibe. We invite everyone to enjoy pleasurable moments with friends and family, while also providing opportunities to network and meet new people. We are committed to cultivating an environment of growth, support, and pride that leaves a lasting impact for generations to come.

MISSION STATEMENT

At the heart of Tirado Community Outreach is the belief in "Partying for a Purpose" — creating an environment where people can live, love, and laugh, all while having fun together. This movement is about more than just celebration; it is about cultivating a contagious spirit of joy and unity throughout the community in a safe and welcoming space. The Tirado’s’ goal is to give back by supporting scholarships and local community agencies, fostering connections that bring people closer. They prioritize cultivating a sense of unity and pride within the Hampton Roads area, empowering individuals to come together and support one another. A portion of all profits from their efforts is donated to support students, families, and broader community initiatives. Through these contributions, Tirado Community Outreach aims to drive meaningful change and positively impact the lives of those in the Hampton Roads area.

SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Founded by Johnson Tirado and his wife, JaDonna Tirado, Tirado Community Outreach is dedicated to giving back to the community in Virginia, particularly in the 757 region. As proud residents of the area, the Tirados are offering this scholarship to a graduating high school senior who embodies the hustle, dedication, and vision necessary for success.
The ideal candidate is a student with a declared major and a consistent drive to excel, demonstrating the qualities that will support their growth as they transition to the next step in their academic or professional journey.

This scholarship represents the Tirados' commitment to nurturing future leaders and empowering the next generation of change-makers in their community.

TCO Grant Scholarship Qualifications:

Eligibility: High School Seniors in the Hampton Roads area (Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown).
College Enrollment: Must be attending a 4-year college or university.
Academic Requirement: 3.5 GPA or higher
Citizenship: US Citizen

The TCO Grant recognizes high school seniors for their leadership abilities, dedication to community service, and commitment to making a meaningful impact in both their school and the surrounding community. The scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate these values in their everyday actions and future aspirations.

Award Details:

Number of Awards: 2 to 6 scholarships annually.
Award Amount: $500 to $1,500 per student, with a total scholarship pool of up to $3,000.
