TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets and participation in events presented, promoted, or produced by Tirado Community Outreach
By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are considered final. By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing admission to a specific event and agree to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
Tickets may be subject to service fees, processing fees, taxes, and other applicable charges. These fees may be non-refundable.
2. No-Refund Policy
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except when we expressly determine that a refund is required or appropriate under applicable law or as specifically stated by us.
Failure to attend an event does not constitute grounds for a refund.
If you purchase a ticket but are unable or choose not to attend, including because of illness, transportation problems, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or any other reason, you are generally not entitled to a refund.
A ticket purchaser’s failure to attend the event does not mean that the event or ticket provider failed to provide the purchased service.
3. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to an event, including changes to:
* Date or time
* Venue
* Performers or DJs
* Hosts
* Entertainment
* Vendors
* Event format
* Seating arrangements
* Admission procedures
Artists, performers, DJs, hosts, vendors, and other participants may change or become unavailable for reasons outside our control.
Such changes do not automatically create a right to a refund.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will communicate available options to ticket purchasers when appropriate.
If an event is postponed, previously purchased tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled event.
If a refund is offered for a cancelled or postponed event, the applicable refund procedures and deadline will be communicated to ticket holders.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, postponements, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public emergencies, venue issues, transportation disruptions, power failures, acts of God, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Tickets Are Required
Each attendee must possess a valid ticket or other authorized form of admission.
Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, counterfeited, or unlawfully resold.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone presenting a fraudulent, invalid, duplicated, altered, or otherwise unauthorized ticket.
7. Admission and Venue Rules
All attendees must comply with the rules and policies of the event venue and event organizers.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to or remove an individual whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.
No refund will generally be provided to an individual who is removed from an event because of misconduct or violation of venue/event rules.
8. Age Requirements
Certain events may have age restrictions. Attendees are responsible for reviewing the age requirements listed for the specific event before purchasing tickets.
Valid identification may be required for admission or access to restricted areas.
9. VIP, Reserved Seating, and Special Access
VIP, reserved seating, premium packages, and other special-access purchases are subject to the specific benefits and restrictions advertised for the event.
Specific seating locations, performers, amenities, or benefits may change when reasonably necessary due to venue requirements, production needs, safety considerations, or circumstances outside our control.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, ticket purchasers are encouraged to contact us so that we can review the issue.
A chargeback based solely on a purchaser’s decision not to attend an event, forgetting about an event, being unable to attend, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a failure to provide the purchased admission may be disputed by us with the applicable payment processor.
We may provide the payment processor with documentation relating to the transaction, including ticket purchase records, ticket delivery records, event information, communications, attendance records, venue records, and applicable policies.
11. Event Photography and Video
By attending an event, you acknowledge that photography, video, audio recording, and other media may be captured during the event.
By entering the event premises, you grant us and our authorized representatives the right to use your likeness, image, voice, or appearance captured at the event for legitimate promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, archival, or other business purposes, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal property unless otherwise required by law.

If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from us, you may receive promotional messages, event announcements, ticket information, reminders, and other communications.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP to a promotional message. You may also contact us directly to request removal from promotional messaging.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing tickets.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase of tickets or attendance at an event.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of our website, purchase of tickets, or attendance at an event after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
