Mr. Johnson

Mr. Johnson, a Hampton University graduate with a degree in Business Management, has over 30 years of experience in business development, marketing, and entertainment promotion. His entrepreneurial journey began with a convenience store on the Hampton University campus, showcasing his business acumen early on. In 2001, he founded “The Group,” promoting gospel and legendary plays, concerts, and shows featuring renowned artists. Furthering his commitment to community service, he established Tirado Community Outreach in 2014, a nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive events that blend fun with purpose, embodying his inspiring mantra, “Party for a Purpose.

Mrs. Ja'Donna

Mrs. Ja'Donna is a proud native of Hampton Roads, VA, whose life’s work has been defined by service, compassion, and community engagement. With over 25 years of experience as a Healthcare Social Worker and more than three decades as a talented cosmetologist, she has dedicated herself to uplifting others through both her profession and volunteerism. A graduate of Norfolk State University, she holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, which has further fueled her lifelong passion for service. Since 1998, she has been a proud and active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., embodying the sorority’s founding principles of scholarship, service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood. As a devoted member of Genesis Christian Fellowship Church in Newport News, VA, Mrs. Ja'Donna continues to make a meaningful impact through faith-based outreach and community involvement. Her life is a testament to purpose-driven leadership, compassion, and unwavering dedication to making a difference.
